The Devil’s Advocate is a firm favourite among students, which is owed to its vast shelves of 200 different types of whiskey. With its trademark Victorian interior, this bar boasts a brilliant atmosphere due to its refurbishment. They have an impressive beer garden which has been often voted as one of the best places to spend a summer day.
You can get a cocktail for £7.50. Our favourite is Stockholm Syndrome – make sure to give it a taste!
Pappi is well known among students for its Artisan Roast Janzsoon blend coffee and wholesome and substantial breakfasts, brunches, soups, sandwiches, pastries, scones and much more. This is one of New Town’s best places to go if you want a good coffee and a hearty breakfast or lunch. We recommend the bacon waffles! Check out their facebook below.
