Some of you may recognise Curtis from Dancing with the stars Ireland. If the girls are looking for someone with rhythm then Curtis is there man. And it seems dancing is in his blood as his brother is Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard … runs in the blood.

Unfortunately for Curtis during his two series on the show so far, he has been eliminated before the five week mark, having been partnered with model Thalia Heffernan and businesswomen Norah Casey. Hopefully he has better luck with his reality TV stunt.

Curtis hit the headlines in 2018 when his brother and himself were victims of an unprovoked assault in a nightclub over the festive period. Curtis throw himself in front of the attackers to save his brother and as a result had to have an emergency operation after sustaining damage to his knees. This meant he had to pull out of Dancing with the Stars 2019 series

“Curtis risked his own dancing career to save mine as he threw himself in front of the attackers so they couldn’t get to me,” AJ told The Sun newspaper after the nightclub incident. “He was thinking of both my dancing career with my legs and my TV career with my face.

“He tried to protect me and in doing so saved my life and my legs from danger.”

What is Curtis’s type in the villa?

Curtis’s one hate is a girl with bad hygiene. He says that’s his one turn off but as for a type, he doesn’t have one.

“I’m sure everyone has their idea of the perfect girl but I don’t. This sounds really clichéd but love is blind and I truly do believe that,”.

Curtis hasn’t been on many dates and surprising in this 21st century hasn’t used a dating app. “All of this meeting people on social media and apps is fake. People portray their life how they want it to be and it isn’t how they truly are,” he says. He may have a shock when entering the villa with a load of instagram influencers.

Curtis admits he’s cheated before but leant his lesson and isn’t something he would ever do again.
