Kallo’s veggie cakes are ranked pretty high on this list, and for completely justifiable reasons. Their new vegan range is packed with healthy proteins as well as tasty flavours like Beetroot & Balsamic and Spinach & Pesto.

4. itsu teriyaki chick’n vegan gyoza
Popular Japanese chain itsu has a wide range of great vegan snacks and meals, including the new teriyaki chick’n vegan gyoza.
We’d recommend these especially as a perfect protein-rich substitute for anyone at the start of their vegan journey.

3. Roar ice cream
These little pots of joy are a great non-dairy alternative for vegan ice cream lovers as Roar makes their products from plant alternatives.
Some of our most recommended flavours include Hemp Seed Chocolate Brownie and Coconut Mango Passion Fruit Oat Cookie Ice Cream, available at Tesco for £5.
2. Fox’s Party Rings
If you went to primary school in the UK you’ll firstly recognise these immediately, just from the photo. You’ll then be ecstatic that party rings happen to be suitable for vegans as well.
Without a doubt, they’re one of the most addictive sweet snacks around. You can find these for 60p at Sainsbury’s.
1. Oreos
And the very first on our list of the best vegan snacks in the UK – or for anyone, really – has to be Oreos. I’ll challenge you to find anyone that doesn’t love them.
Oreo cookies are produced without including any animal products. However, it’s important to note that the brand has stated that since they are made in facilities that also handle milk, there could be very small traces of milk in Oreos.
You can find these for as cheap as 75p in the Sainsbury’s sale.
