Superbowl UK Swansea is probably one of the most well-known bowling companies around, so obviously Swansea has its own. This place is right in the city centre, so it’s the perfect activity to do whenever you feel like it! In terms of prices, students only pay £10 for two games!

But, if you forget your student ID, then you might have to pay the full £13.50. There’s an arcade there and also an assault course game arena called Ninja Tag Active! Ninja Tag Active is an awesome assault course game arena, tagging your wristband around the area to gain points. Are you tough enough to take it on?

2. Tenpin Swansea

Another popular place to go bowling is Tenpin Swansea! Prices here are similar to Superbowl UK Swansea, as two games will cost you £10 per person. However, on weekends, 2 games can cost you only £7. This is even cheaper on Wednesdays, as two games only cost £5!

Tenpin bowling is definitely one of the cheapest bowling alleys on the list, so obviously, it’s one of our favourites. There are loads of other activities to do in Tenpin as well, such as laser tag, pool tables, table tennis, and arcade games to get stuck into! You can also watch Sky Sports with your friends and family, if you’re keen on keeping up to date with the latest sport.

It does get busy in the evenings, so make sure to book your spot! Beware, it can get pretty busy in the school holidays.

3. Hollywood Bowl Cardiff

Moving away from Swansea and into Cardiff, Hollywood Bowl are one of the best places for bowling near Swansea! This place has 26 lanes altogether, so there’s plenty to go around. If you want something a bit fancier, they also have VIP lanes, which includes comfier seats and your own private area!

Hollywood Bowl also has loads of deals going on. Every Sunday from 7:30pm term time, you can have unlimited bowling for only £10! Student discount is 10% off on standard games, and you can play 3 games for only £11 from Monday to Friday until 6pm. Head over to their website to find out more!

4. Superbowl Cardiff

Another Superbowl on our list is the one in Cardiff! This Superbowl has a special deal for students, called Student Vibez. This means you can get 2 games of bowling, a selected alcoholic drink from their list, for only £9.99! Who knew Superbowl was the place to go for pre drinks?

There are other deals on as well, such as the Morning Madness deal, where you can bowl for £2 on weekdays between 9am-12pm.

If you can get up early enough, then it’s definitely worth it! And if you’re fancying something else to do, there’s also a laser quest there, which is something everyone loves.

5. Play at Pins

If you’re looking for a bowling alley aimed more at students, then Play at Pins is the place for you! Bowling here is £9.50, which is a little more expensive compared to the other places on the list. As this is a small venue, there are only two bowling lanes, so as you can imagine, you either have to book or time it right!

But Play at Pins isn’t just a bowling alley, as they also have escape rooms, karaoke, pool tables, air hockey, and even a shuffleboard! They’re open until 11:30pm, so check them out if you fancy it!
