The popularity of the first restaurant in Leeds propelled founder Jonathan Phillips to quickly expand the business and now Humpit has 8 locations open across the UK in York, Edinburgh University, Newcastle University, Sheffield, Leeds University, Manchester Media City, Leeds Corn Exchange and Huddersfield. New stores already signed and due to open in the next few months are in Brighton, The Royal Holloway University, Manchester University, Northampton and Manchester City Centre.

The great selection of fresh salads, sides, drinks and snacks also on offer make for quick and easy eating while on the go and appeal to all dietary requirements and tastes. Humpit are set to prove there is more to hummus than being just a dip by launching the UK’s very first hummus shake. Chickpeas, banana and tahina, the main ingredient in the shake, are packed with protein, fibre and essential vitamins making this the perfect addition to a healthy diet. The 100% plant-based, super-tasty, gluten-free shake can be enjoyed by many as a pre- or post-gym treat.The Humpit Hummus Shake costs £3 and is currently only available in the York outlet. Following the initial launch, Humpit plan to make the shake available nationwide.
