Meet Pharmacist Anna Vakili

Anna has been dubbed ‘the British Kim Kardashian’, with an impressive 74.4K instagram followers.. and growing daily. Her followers grew when she took a trip earlier this year with her sister and met two Iranian footballers. She was on the Iranian news because of it and saw her followers increase by 20,000.

She isn’t just looks though, as Anna has a masters degree in pharmacist… not bad Anna.

“I think I’m different to anyone who has been on the show before,” she said. “I studied hard and I’ve got my masters. I’m a pharmacist and I have a Middle Eastern background.”

Anna rates herself an eight out of ten and states one of her faults as being clumsy. An example of this was when she met Kem Cetinay in Dubai – “He was with his really hot cousin and I was chatting to him and I slipped and fell straight down in front of them.”… Embarassing, lets hope she doesn’t fall during the line ups of Love Island.

The drama hasn’t even started yet and Anna has already found herself involved in a twitter spat between Jameela Jamil and Kady Mcdermott (Love Island 2017). Jameela tweeted “The producers of Love Island think this slim woman counts as their new token ‘plus size’ contestant? Are they drunk?” and Kady didn’t like this tweeting back “Who even said she was the plus size contestant? Maybe we shouldn’t be labelling women as anything and just letting them be who they are. Skinny/slim/curvy/obese who cares.”

What is Anna’s type?

Anna is a Tom Hardy fan, looking for someone everyone else is looking for… tall, dark and handsome. “Personality wise, he would be loyal, kind and emotional,” she said. “I like the soppy guys. I’m not into cocky boys at all, I like smart and funny.”

An off put for her is someone who smells and a player who goes for anyone.
