Since Love Island first started back in 2015, the show has very much been part of our lives, with stars following on from the programme with TV Shows, staring in other reality programmes, book deals, music, clothing ranges, fitness plans, endorsements and pretty much everything else you can sell.

Now the winter Love Island is over, we can take a look back at some of the richest stars from Love Island. Some stars have made MASSIVE amounts of money. Proving that these stars have got way more than just beauty…

12th. Molly-Mae Hague’s – £800,000

The Love Island runner up has seemingly been living the high life since leaving the villa. Shortly after the show Molly was pictured boarding a private jet armed with two Louis Vuitton cabin bags worth a whopping £4000… coming second place certainly hasn’t stopped her.

She has been pictured at nice restaurants, staying in hotels costing £400 a night and of course, sporting designer clobber.

Molly was cruelly nicknamed Money-Mae by fans of the show who believed she was faking her relationship with boyfriend Tommy Fury to get her hands on he £50,000 cash price. What people don’t realise is Molly had a pretty impressive following on Instagram before she entered the villa and was already paid £1000 from endorsements.

Since leaving the villa Molly has released two collections with fashion giant Pretty Little Thing. She announced the news with a picture of herself in a white suit on her Instagram, with the caption:

“PRETTYLITTLETHING X MOLLY-MAE IS OFFICIAL! I don’t think this will ever sink in for me.

“My very own collection with @prettylittlething will be exclusively available to PLT’s Instagram followers for the first 24hrs!

“Make sure you’re following @prettylittlething they are going private at midnight TONIGHT so follow now to be able to shop the collection tomorrow at 10am! I’m so beyond excited right now. [sic] ”

The fashion brand reportedly paid her a whopping £500,000 for the deal which was then the biggest paycheck received by any Love Island contestant. She also now has a whopping 3.8 million followers which have helped her influencer value, getting her endorsement deals left right and centre.

She has also released filter by Molly-Mae a tanning mousse which is sure to increase her bank balance further.

11th. Jack Fincham – £1 million

Fast-forward to now Jack’s life has completely changed, with the former pen salesman earning around £1 million since the show. Jack landed a TV show alongside Dani when they left the villa and has also teamed up with brands like McDonald’s and Protein World. He has also released a clothing line with Rey London Clothing.

Split from Dani Dyer

He is no longer with Dani Dyer after calling time on their relationship in April 2019. Announcing the split, he shared on his Instagram:

“There is no easy way to say this and it isn’t going to be an easy time but me and Dani are not in a relationship anymore.

“We will always care a lot for each other and have a love for each other and I mean that from the bottom of my heart and I wish her nothing but happiness.

“We have some amazing memories together and have been through a lot but sometimes things aren’t meant to be and we really did try to make it work but it, unfortunately, didn’t and that is life.

“That’s all I have to say, a break up is hard enough as it is for both of us let alone in the public eye so I hope everyone is considerate and understands this. X.”

The news didn’t come too much as a shock to fans as they had briefly split in 2018 with Dani citing “lack of respect”.

Becoming a Dad

Jack shocked the world when he announced he was becoming a dad, shortly after splitting with Dani Dyer. The Love Island star look to Instagram to tell fans he has a newborn daughter called Blossom. The caption read:

“I’m normally a very open book and share most of my life on my social media.

“This blessing I chose not to. I’m just a normal geeza, who went on a tv show, which throws you straight into the public eye…which I will forever be grateful for.

“However I knew for myself I needed personal time and to keep this part of my life private to prepare for this new responsibility and part of me that will change my life forever.

“This is undoubtedly the best thing that has ever happened to me and it’s true what they say, the instant feeling of love and connection you have with your child is a feeling like no other. I want to thank my family and friends for your continued support, also to my little girl’s mother, who has been totally AMAZING throughout.”

10th. Megan Barton – Hanson – £1.1 million

Megan’s career previously to the show was stripping which she admits she made a lot of money from. Since leaving the villa she joined Pretty Little Things unofficial sponsor which has clearly paid her well judging by her wealth.

She has a whopping 1.8million followers on Instagram and is an ambassador for tanning company the Isle of Paradise, as well as starring in campaigns for Ann Summers.

She has also been given a column in the Sun which was shocking at the time. During last year’s Love island she described how she wanted a threesome with the 20-year-old boxer Tommy Fury and former pharmacist Anna Vakili. Describing how Tommy was “her cup of tea” and how he made her “get so MF horny” when he entered the villa.

She wrote: “Although Amy and Curtis are my early winners for the series, I have to admit that Tommy is much more my cup of tea when it comes to looks – in fact, I quite fancy a threesome with him and Anna!”

She also starred in Celebs Go Dating which she got paid generously for, as well as getting numerous Instagram post sponsor partnerships.

9th. Olivia Attwood – £1.2 million

Olivia Attwood joined the cast of Love Island in 2017 and wasn’t instantly liked. She has since changed the public perception with a rumoured net worth of £1.2 million since leaving the villa. Olivia is loved for her brutal honesty and fun energy.

Although she split from boyfriend Chris Hughes shortly after the show finished, she made money from their TV show and made an appearance on Celebs Go Dating and various other panel shows.

She has since got back with her footballer ex-boyfriend Bradley Dack and they have since got engaged.

Liv charges £10K for personal appearances and makes £2k from her Instagram posts. She’s got a magazine column and has a clothing deal with In the Style. She has also landed a role on TOWIE and certainly spiced up the show with her one-liners and brutal truth giving. Liv seems unstoppable and it’s no wonder she’s racked up £1.2 million…

8th. Gabby Allen – £1.3 million

Gabby stared on Love Island in 2017 and was partnered with Marcel Sommerville. Despite him cheating on her whilst the pair were on holiday, it definitely hasn’t been all bad news for the scouse beauty. She has landed herself numerous deals and endorsements which has made Gabby a whopping £1.3 million.

Using her passion for fitness, Gabby launched her own app and fitness programme with ‘Shape up with Gabby’.

She also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2018 and caused a bit of a stir when it was rumoured she had got with Dan Osbourne who is married to Jacqueline Jossa.

She has also made money through clothing brands like Quiz and gets paid around £2000 per Instagram post. She also has a range of sportswear with Sports FX cosmetics Ambassador which is sure to have contributed to her whopping net wealth of £1.3 million.

7th. Kady McDermott – £1.3 million

Kady starred in Love Island series 2016 and left with boyfriend Scott Thomas. They broke up shortly after the show but has earned a cool £1.3 million since the show.

Immediately after leaving the villa, she started charging around £10K per personal appearance alongside Scott. She later launched a fitness plan and beauty line. She has also appeared on Towie in early 2019 alongside her now-boyfriend Myles Barnett. Both have since left the show.

She is currently doing up a bungalow into her and Myles new home. She documents the progress on Instagram through @ourbungalowproject.

6th. Chris Hughes – £1.4 million

Chris Hughes entered Love Island in 2017 and left coupled up with Olivia Atwood. After a bitter break-up, the couple called time on their relationship shortly after the show. But this wasn’t until they completed a TV show together called ‘Crackin on’ which added to his increasing wealth. He also had a show with best pal Kem Cetinay.

He also landed a book deal which launched in 2018 where he talked through childhood stories and behind the screens on Love Island. The book was selling on Amazon, Waterstones and WH Smith, ranging from £9.00 to £16.99 per copy.

Since leaving Love Island Chris has been sponsored by many brands and appeared in adverts. He appeared in the Sainsbury’s advert with Kem Cetinay, Carphone Warehouse with co-star Marcel Somerville and dating website Badoo with Oliva Attwood.

He also collaborated with Topshop and Calmzone to raise money for men’s mental health which he is very passionate about. He later collaborated with Topshop on men’s boxers.

Chris is also passionate about horses and puts this to good use by presenting at Cheltenham and a number of horse events.

He has recently in 2020 got his own column with the Sun racing column. Is there anything Chris Hughes can’t do?

5th. Kem Cetinay – £1.5 million

Kem Cetinay won Love Island, alongside ex-Amber Davis in 2017. This certainly helped the former hairdresser build up his bank balance.

Shortly after leaving the villa Kem landed a record deal with BFF Chris Hughes and also a TV show to follow. Kem also appeared on Dancing On Ice and then landed a role as a backstage reporter the following year.

From this experience, he landed a role with the This Morning team as a showbiz reporter. He was then revealed in 2019 as the Primark’s first-ever male ambassador.

Just like most Love Island cast members Kem also makes money on social media, getting paid a whopping £8K per post.

Kem has recently gone Instagram official with his new girlfriend, Alexandra Hyzler, around two years after splitting with Amber Davis.

4th. Amber Davies – £1.6 million

Since winning Love Island in 2017, Amber has made an impressive £1.6 million in various different ventures.

Amber pursued her passion for acting and landed her dream role in Dolly Parton’s West End musical 9 to 5 alongside the likes of Louise Redknapp. She has received incredible reviews ever since.

The beauty also collaborated with Motel Rocks who paid her £500,000 for the deal… not bad at all.

She also makes money through her Instagram, reportedly getting paid up to £10k a post.

3rd. Dani Dyer – £1.7 million

Dani was hyped to make some serious money when she appeared on Love Island in 2018.. mainly because of her dad being Danny Dyer.

Dani won the 2018 series alongside Jack Fincham and got her first major pay packet of £25k. Although she has now split from Jack, Dani has continued to do well, landing deals with the likes of In the Style and Cadbury’s.

Dani and Jack broke things off shortly after the show and she got back with her X before the show Sammy Kimmence.

She is also rumoured to charge £15K per Instagram post and in 2019 released her book ‘What Would Dani Do? My Guide to Living Your Best Life’.

She has also landed a role as a presenter for MTVUK True Love or True Lies. As well as launching her own eyelash products with make-up brand SOSU By SJ, proving she really is a woman of many talents.

2nd. Amber Gill – £2 million

Amber Gill has done well to make it on this list, considering she only left Love Island in 2019. She left winning the show alongside partner Greg O’Shea and they split the winnings of £50K.

After winning the show Amber got a lucrative deal with Miss Pap which was rumoured to have paid her a cool £1M.

She announced the news to her 2.9M followers:

1st. Alex Bowen + Olivia Buckland – 4.4 million

Our Love Island stars to make it to number 1 on the Love Island rich list is favourite couple Olivia Buckland and Alex Bowen.

Alex and Olivia met on Love Island in 2016 and proved to go the full whack, getting married in 2018.

The couple has proved staying together certainly can be lucrative, racking up a massive £4.4 million since leaving the villa.

They landed a £25K magazine deal for their wedding and are rumoured to get paid around £2K per post on Instagram. They are reported to land a cool £950L for their clothing line with Exempt Society.

They also have their own TV show on TLC, which followed the pre-wedding prep. They have worked with brands such as Quiz and Mark Hill as well as numerous others.

Recently, they have brought their dream house in Essex, documenting the refurb and changes on @thebowen_home.
