Purbeck House 

For those 500 students who call Purbeck House home, the sandy Bournemouth beach is merely 10 minutes away, and the city centre is essentially on your doorstep. All the rooms available have ensuite bathrooms, and you can choose to live in a small cluster flat or in one of the independent studio rooms. As well as the modern and sleek rooms, there is a common room with table football, pin pong tables, comfy sofas and a TV as well as an outdoor courtyard for those looking to get some fresh air without needing to venture too far. Prices start at £119 per week.

Bailey Point 

Only a few years old, Bailey Point is distinguishable modern and has everything students may need. With 550 bedrooms, it is a mixed hall, meaning there are both undergraduates and postgraduates living in the building. The hall offers both ensuite and studio rooms to residents, providing an option of a shared kitchen or complete privacy. Students at Bailey Point benefit from a free on-site gym, two common rooms, a roof terrace and study spaces, as well as a building in the heart of Lansdowne Campus. Prices start at £166.40 per week.

Chesil House 

Smaller than the average student accommodation, Chesil House is home to just over 200 students. The building is on Lansdowne Campus and has a mix of undergrads and postgrad living within its walls. There are two types of room available: ensuite and studio. The ensuite rooms have their own bathrooms and share kitchens with between 4 and 8 people. Alternatively, studios are fully enclosed to allow complete privacy and independence. Prices start at £141.70.

Corfe House 

Not to be mistaken for Corfu – Corfe House is one of Bournemouth University’s smaller accommodations. It houses 208 students and offers a real sense of community to its residents. It is just a short bus travel to both campuses, and a bus pass comes included in the rent for that reason. Both undergraduates and postgraduates can stay at Corfe, and it is the only BU accommodation that allows students to stay there for the duration of their studies. The rooms available at Corfe are: standard ensuite, premium ensuite or studio. All three come with 3/4 beds, storage, and are fully equipped with all the necessary furniture. Prices start at £141.04.

Mercury House

Mercury House has student accommodation available in a great location to access both Bournemouth University and Arts University Bournemouth. Just down the road from the city centre and a short distance from the beach, Mercury House has everything. The ensuite rooms have everything you could need, as well as views of the city and a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a breakfast bar. Additionally, there’s an on-site common room and TV area where regular free events are held. Prices start from £172 per week.

Skyline

A short bus journey to Bournemouth University and Arts University Bournemouth, Skyline is on the doorstep of a range of cafes, pubs and restaurants and is less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Residents can choose between ensuite rooms or studios, both of which come with a small double bed, workspace, storage and a fully equipped shower room.
