Unilever

Unilever offers a three-year scheme to prepare grads for business leadership roles. If you have a degree in science or engineering, you could be on a starting salary of £32,000 with a range of additional benefits, including health and wellbeing support and flexible working hours.

Aldi

Aldi is enticing graduates with a whopping starting salary of £44,000 for some managerial roles. Alongside the large salary, you’ll also get a fully expensed Audi A4/ BMW 3 series, opportunities to travel and a health & lifestyle package. Aldi are looking for hardworking candidates with at least a 2:1 in any degree.

Google

If your aim is to travel for your graduate job, then Google might be the company for you. With competitive salaries, positions available around the world in a range of fields and scholarships also available, Google has plenty of employment opportunities.

Deloitte

Deloitte are offering permanent jobs, career progression and the opportunity to gain additional qualifications through their graduate programmes. The company, which is the largest professional services network in the world, is giving out positions in the fields of business & financial advisory, cyber security, real estate, technology and many more with competitive salaries.

Lidl

Similar to Aldi, Lidl are also promoting two-year graduate management programmes in both retail and buying, with salaries of £37,000 per annum. The company are looking for candidates with no specific degree but who are happy to lead, are resilient, solutions-focused and a team player. Retail placement programmes with competitive salaries are also available.

HSBC

It may seem surprising, but HSBC don’t only offer graduate jobs in finance. If you’re interested in the fields of marketing, human resources, administration and analytics, HSBC might also be the company for you. The bank is offering a competitive salary and is looking for candidates who are motivated, curious, courageous, collaborative and dedicated.

The BBC

For all the graduate journalists out there, the BBC has several trainee schemes. Although their graduate journalism scheme doesn’t require a specific qualification, the role has a competitive salary of £21,216 (£25,776 for London trainees), first-rate training and 25 days holiday. They are also offering a similar programme for those with hidden or visible disabilities.

Vodafone

Vodafone have a variety of graduate positions available in customer operations, finance, HR, technology, business and more. The phone company have been voted amongst the 25 best big companies to work for in 2019 according to The Sunday Times and are in the top 100 graduate employers 2019 rated by The Times. Salaries start at £30,000 per annuum.

Capgemini

Capgemini provides consulting, technology, professional, and outsourcing services and is advertising graduate schemes with competitive salaries. If you’re interested in finance, content designing, data analysis and software development, Capgemini could have the perfect placement for you.

Jaguar Land Rover

Last but by no means least, Jaguar Land Rover has a long list of grad roles to suit a wide number of degrees. The company, which has its headquarters in Coventry, gives graduate employees a starting salary of £29,000 for some roles alongside a range of rewards and benefits.
