It’s been a long time since the British-Irish girl group, The Saturdays, went on hiatus in 2014. The group consisting of Rochelle Humes, Frankie Bridge, Una Healey, Mollie King and Vanessa White shot to fame in 2007. Their music was popular worldwide and they were known for their hits, ‘If this was love’, ‘Ego’ and ‘Higher.’ However, it’s years on and the band hasn’t reformed. So, you’re probably wondering- what do The Saturdays do now? Well, here’s everything you need to know.

Rochelle Humes

First up, Rochelle Humes may not be performing on stage with The Saturdays right now, but that doesn’t mean she’s resting up. In fact, her music career was only the start of her successes. With 2.2 million Instagram followers, Rochelle is still in the spotlight. Since leaving the group, she went on to become a presenter for the popular, This Morning show, alongside her husband Marvin Humes. You’ll probably know him as one of the members of another successful UK band, JLS.

The 32-year-old and her husband now have three children which inspired her to write her own children’s book and launch a children’s hair and body brand called ‘My little Coco.’

Life hasn’t always been straightforward for this former Saturday member though. In fact, in a recent interview on ‘Diary of a CEO’ run by Dragon’s Den star, Steven Bartlett, (you can read all about him here), Humes opened up about some Issues. Most noticeably, the star received death threats after it was announced that she would be hosting a documentary on black women and childbirth. Supposedly she had replaced another woman, Candice Brathwaite, as host. This created a huge backlash, with some members of the public saying Candice was more deserving of the role. You can watch the interview with Steven Bartlett here. She has an estimated net worth of £5.4 million.

Frankie Bridge (formerly Sanford)

Frankie Bridge has also been turning heads since leaving The Saturdays. The former pop star put her fame to good use and has become a mental health campaigner. In fact, she has become a Sunday Times Bestseller for her books on mental health and she also runs a successful podcast called Open Mind. Additionally, she has worked as a presenter for other UK shows and recently competed in ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here’ in 2021.

In her personal life, Frankie is married to footballer Wayne Bridge. The couple now have two children, Parker and Carter Bridge. She has 1.5 million Instagram followers and an estimated net worth of £9-11 million.

Mollie King

Initially, after leaving The Saturdays, Mollie King released two singles. However, this didn’t progress into a full album. Instead, the former pop star went down the same route as some of the other band members and became a presenter on BBC Radio 1.

Alongside this, King is also a columnist for Marie Claire magazine and an ambassador for the British Dyslexia Association and the Born Free Foundation. This is a charity that works to ensure the well being of wild animals.

In her personal life, Mollie King is engaged to English cricket Stuart Broad- he proposed in January 2021. His proposal received a flurry of likes amongst fans on Instagram including that of her former band mate’ Vanessa White. Mollie has 950k followers on Instagram and an estimated net worth of £2 million.

Vanessa White

Following on, Vanessa White also went on to release her own music after The Saturdays. Her albums are Chapter One and Chapter Two. The latter of which consists of seven songs and can be downloaded on Spotify. She has also competed in reality TV shows such as I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. However, in general, Vanessa White has become the most ‘off the radar’ star of The Saturdays. At present, she has 252k Instagram followers and a net worth estimated to be £5 million.

Una Healey

Like her other band members, Una Healey has been keeping herself pretty busy since leaving The Saturdays. The singer/songwriter has gone on to release a solo album and a number of singles over the years. Additionally, she’s been a judge on the music show, The Voice in Ireland. What’s more, she works as a Radio broadcaster for Absolute Radio Country, a presenter for The Six O Clock Show and she is the first-ever Irish face of an international make-up brand, IsaDora.

In her personal life, Una Healey was married to Rugby star, Ben Foden, of which the pair had two kids. However, the marriage ended after he cheated on her and moved to the US with his new wife. In an interview in 2021, Healey said she was happily single and ‘done with heartache’ for now. She has 650k followers on Instagram and a net worth of £1.4 million.
