This bank holiday Sunday, there will be a heavy metal picnic taking place in Bristol, but make sure to get your tickets in advance as there is limited availability. If Covid has you stuck in a routine and you are wanting to shake things up this picnic will surely do that; they even have table service!

Art Galleries

Bristol is home to an impressive art district, with three cutting edge art galleries, including Centrespace, The RWA, and Arnolfini. You could also go to the Bristol Museum and Art gallery, which has free entry! So you and your family can enjoy a day out without paying a penny.

Bristol Aquarium

Bristol is home to a gigantic aquarium with more than 40 displays and thousands of fish. No matter the weather this bank holiday weekend the Aquarium will be open and will make for an interesting day out for friends and family.

Wild Place Project

The Wild Place Project is open again, although you need to book in advance. You can enter from 10am, and there are 30-minute arrival slots throughout the day. The project is a leading conservation project run by the Bristol Zoological Society.
