Seeing as the new winter Love Island is due to start in January, it’s time to look back at the cast of the last series and what they’re up to now. Have they returned to their day jobs or have they become the type social media stars that the show tends to create? With previous cast members expanding their careers into multiple fields on the back of the show, it appears anything is possible for the ex-islanders.

Amber Gill

Amber won the series alongside Irish rugby player Greg O’Shea. Although the pair are no longer together, Amber hasn’t done too badly for herself since leaving the show, earning a massive £1 million brand deal as the face of clothing company Miss Pap. The Geordie also has a successful Instagram account with 2.8 million followers.

Greg O’shea

Greg quickly stole the hearts of the nation after arriving late on the show. Since then, it appears he has been continuing with his rugby 7’s career playing for the Irish national team.

He has also been working on his Instagram brand deals, recently partnering with brands such as Samsung and JustEat.

Molly-mae Hague

Despite being a runner up in the series finale, Molly-Mae has arguably been the islander most in the public eye since the show finished. Molly is still together with fellow contestant Tommy Fury and is now a brand ambassador for the popular online clothing shop Pretty Little Thing. She has also recently launched her own range of fake tan and has continued with her successful YouTube channel.

Nabila Badda

Nabila also made her debut on the show during Casa Amour. Since her exit, she has ditched her previous job as a hostess and has been freelance modelling in Australia since the end of August.

Dennon Lewis

Dennon was a professional footballer before Love Island and has continued his football career playing for Wealdstone FC. Dennon was attracted to Maura in the villa, but he is now in a relationship with someone from outside the programme.

Brother of professional boxer Tyson Fury, Tommy is also a professional boxer and has already returned to the ring since being a runner up on the show in August. Like his fellow islanders, Tommy’s Instagram has hit the roof with 2.9 million followers and an assortment of brand deals. He has now moved back to Manchester with girlfriend Molly Mae.

Sherif was kicked out of Love Island early in the series for ‘breaking the rules’, although no one actually knows what rules were broken. Since then, he has continued his professional rugby career and has ventured into the fitness industry.

Ovie Soko

63751

Ovie was a fan favourite on Love Island and it appears this hasn’t changed. Despite being a professional basketball player before stardom, he has now dabbled in modelling and has shot for ASOS along with his father. Stevie seems to be living a more normal life after his Love Island journey away from Instagram endorsements. Instead, his social media posts show him living the high life on skiing holidays and dining out at expensive London restaurants.

Jourdan Riane

Jourdan was a model, actor and influencer before her time on Love Island and now models for various clothing companies on Instagram whilst travelling the world, however she now calls LA her home.

Arabella Chi

Arabella formed a romance with Danny Williams on the show but is now in a relationship with Wes Nelson from the 2018 series of Love Island. The pair have since done an exclusive interview with OK magazine and Arabella has been modelling for Leni’s Agency.

He also competed in the Sellebrity football match in September alongside fellow islander Marvin Brooks to raise money for charity.

Yewande Biala

Yewande, who is from Dublin, was previously a scientist before entering the villa. Now, it seems as though she has joined her fellow islanders in gaining those Instagram brand deals and also has a range with online clothing store In The Style.

Lavena Back

Lavena, who was a business developer from Croydon, came onto the show during Casa Amour. Despite not finding love and getting dumped from the island shortly afterwards, she has since ventured into the world of theatre as will be soon starring as Jasmin in the play, The Wright Brothers.
