Mrs Atha is an independent family run coffee shop, providing you with hot drinks, freshly made breakfasts and cakes for any occasion. 2. Kapow Coffee

Kapow, unfortunately, isn’t the home of any Marvel superhero such as Hulk. Kapow is an urban cafe situated on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. From mouth-watering brownies to golden lattes and expressos, Kapow is the coffee shop for you. It allows you to also purchase from their coffee bean range such as their Indian coffee beans and Brazillian coffee beans. The best thing about that is that Kapow coffee never stops once you leave the store.

4. Tiled Hall Cafe
Location: 16-18 The Headrow, Leeds, LS1 3AB
Fun Fact- the Tiled Hall was originally the main library reading room, and from 1888 to 1941, it functioned as a sculpture park. It was then extensively renovated in 2007 and is now used as one of the most popular eateries in Leeds. Its positioned close to Leeds Art Gallery and Leeds Museum, so you can pop in and have a quick look around too. In addition to this, the cafe has a range of hot drinks such as mochas, chai lattes and double expressos, all under £3. The Tiled Hall offer hot foods such as Gabatta, Soup and Jacket Potatoes.
5. House of Koko

House of Koko is a unique little coffee and tea house located in Chapel Allerton. House of Koko offer freshly made North Star coffee and a wide range of exquisite loose teas. In addition to this, they offer amazing Americanos, lovely Lattes, fantastic flat whites as well as delicious toasty croissants and sourdoughs.
6. Out of the Woods

Surprisingly not related to Taylor Swift, Out of the Woods is another brilliant cafe that cannot be missed. They pride themselves on their top-notch coffees and breakfasts. A bonus is that they use the best local ingredients from Yorkshire. You’ll definitely love their grub, no doubt.
7. Kitty Cafe
Location: 8-9 Kirkgate, Leeds, LS1 6BZ
A cafe full of cats. Yes, you read right. If you’re a cat lover, then the Kitty Cafe is your very own paradise. Kitty Cafe is a feline rescue centre and cat cafe all in one. It offers a wide range of cold and hot drinks. It also offers dishes with vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options. You can book in for an hour which will cost £6 for adults and £4 for kids. But please remember, when your food is serviced in front of you, concentrate on it. Not the cats as hard as it sounds. So what are you waiting fur?
8. Opposite
Location: 26 Back Blenheim Terrace, Woodhouse, Leeds LS2 9HD
When you tell yourself- “NO MORE COFFEE”- you 100% do the opposite. I mean, why wouldn’t you? Opposite Cafe exists. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have chairs and tables on the ceilings or backward doors. Sorry to disappoint you. However, it does offer a splendid menu to make almost everyone’s morning. They have their own Rainbow Buddha Bowl’s which is a perfect balance of fresh vegetables, wholegrain and flavour. There are also homemade cakes such as their Billionaire Shortbread and snacks such as Piper Crisps. No cafe is complete without its selection of coffees and herbal teas. Opposite Cafe offers exactly that.
9. Browns Green

Browns Green is one of Leeds hidden cafe and is a treasure. It offers flavoursome, wholesome and healthy food. Not to mention, they have plenty of choices for what to have for breakfast. The cosy interior is also great for a morning to get together with your friends or to quickly finish your work when the deadline is only an hour away.
10. Fettle Cafe
