Sheffield is a fantastic city with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from. But it is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle every now and then, so why not check out one of the city’s best rooftop bars, where you can relax and enjoy both the weather and a drink in peace.

Who needs Ibiza when you can go to Decks in Sheffields city centre! This roof top bar has it all, complete with live music, cocktails, and an island vibe. No matter the time of year, they are open and pumping the music, although summer is definitely the recommended time to make the most of it.

There’s not a lot we can say about Alto, as technically it isn’t open yet. The newest roof top bar in Sheffield will be opening in May 2021, on top of the five floored building. Meaning you are guaranteed a good view of the city. If the name Alto sounds familiar, that’s because the bar chain has also got locations in Derby and Nottingham.

Curzon

16 George St, Sheffield City Centre, Sheffield S1 2PF

Last but not least is Curzon, a beautiful grade II listed building that has had its roof transformed into a popular roof bar. Not only can you enjoy drinks in the sun, but you can enjoy food from their menu, which includes snacky items and pizza. Plus, the location is really close to the cinema, making it the perfect pre or post location after watching the latest blockbuster.
