Additionally, for those who are serious about their selfies, you can also edit your prints to make sure your selfie is perfect. This special selfie Espresso Martini costs £8.95 and makes for a unique and personalised Instagram post.

Creamy vodka, passion fruit, vanilla and orange; what more could you want? Perhaps a cheeky shot of Prosecco on the side? If this sounds like your dream too, then head down to Turtle Bay on either Hanover Street or Victoria Street to enjoy their Side Chick Martini. Turtle Bay also has a happy hour, where you can enjoy 2-4-1 cocktails from 7 pm to 9.30 pm every day, except for Fridays and Saturdays, until 10 pm.

Known for its “bar wizardry”, Aether in Liverpool One’s most unique is the Ice Cream Fizz. This cocktail takes a lemon gelato ice-cream cone and pours Tanqueray gin and Moet over it. Once you’re done sipping the drink; you are given a spoon for the ice-cream goodness at the end. This cocktail is extremely unique, and the perfect way to celebrate the summer season.

Situated on both Hanover Street and Rainford Square, you can enjoy your ball games with refreshing sensations of Amaretto, rum, lime juice, apple juice and ginger beer. This is a smashing cocktail and place to hang out and enjoy with friends after Lockdown.

We all know the classic Black Forest Gateau: a chocolate sponge cake with a rich cherry filling. Well, Cosy Club on Paradise Street takes this dessert and transforms it into a delicious and unique dessert. Consisting of cherries, chocolate, coffee and rum; this cocktail is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. To make it even cuter, it is topped with a cute cherry heart stencil.  

6. Bacon Bour-Bon Jovi at Yard & Coop

I will admit, when I first heard about this one, I was a little confused and surprised. But, you know what they say: everything is better with bacon. Located on Hanover Street, Yard & Coop is home to the Bacon Bour-Bon Jovi: a mixture of bourbon, bacon bitters and maple syrup, with a side of bacon. For the lovers of all things bacon, this might just be heaven in a drink. 

7. Brown’s Old Fashioned at Browns

Located in Liverpool One, Browns puts a twist on your classic ‘Old-Fashioned” and mixes Woodford Reserve, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, leaving you feeling very warm and cosy inside. While the Ice-Cream Fizz is perfect for the summer,  Brown’s Old Fashioned is perfect for the winter season.

8. Jalapiña at Wahaca

Hola! This Mexican restaurant has a cocktail for those who love spice! Pineapple, vodka and jalapeno, this cocktail isn’t for the faint-hearted and sensitive mouths. Located on Hanover Street, Wahaca is currently closed, but if it does open again after lockdown, this is a place and cocktail you don’t want to miss. 

9. Mekong Zombie at Thaikhun

High-ceilings, chic and contemporary, Thaikhun Street Bar in Liverpool One is home to the Mekong Zombie: a cocktail not for the weak. Mixing Mekong Whiskey, two types of rum, triple sec, passion fruit liqueur and grenadine, this cocktail is on par with a Long Island Iced Tea and is limited to two per person. 

10. Vanilla Mai Tai at Las Iguanas
