This coffee chain is slowly popping up all over the UK and there’s now one in Nottingham, based on Carrington Street. The interior is very minimal, with brickwork walls, single bulbs hanging, but has beautiful stained-glass windows. This is a great place to study in style with limited distractions.

This little artisan coffee shop is near the Sneinton Market, meaning it’s easy to get to but doesn’t have the large crowds of being near Old Market Square.
