The NO 18 cafe and bar is Swansea’s only fully vegan restaurant, so it’s a pretty popular place to go in the city. The inside is pretty small, but they sell loads of food. You can get burgers, chips, sandwiches, and some cakes as well. Although this place is nice, they’re only open 3 days a week from Friday to Sunday. It’s definitely somewhere to try if you can, since the food looks amazing.

Crumbs Kitchen

Whether you’re looking for a light vegan dishes or a big vegan breakfast, Crumbs Kitchen serves predominantly veggie and vegan dishes. Get ready to dig into tasty vegan options, such as their mushroom curry with brown rice, or spinach and chickpea curry.

Adelina’s is a pretty new restaurant in Swansea, but they are extremely popular. Although it’s not in the city centre, it’s right by the beach, so obviously the views are stunning. The whole ceiling of their restaurant is decorated with flowers, so it really is a beautiful place to go.

They’re pretty unique since they only sell Indian food, but their vegan menu is really impressive. They offer 14 vegan mains, which is amazing for a restaurant that isn’t fully vegan! They’re arguably the best non-vegan, vegan restaurant. If you want to go, you should definitely book, since it’s always busy there.

The Zinco Lounge

The Zinco Lounge is a part of the lounge chain, so obviously the food will be the same as in their other restaurants. The Zinco Lounge is one of students’ favourite places to go, since you can either have breakfast, lunch, or dinner there. They have so much food to choose from, which includes vegan options as well! Las Iguanas

Las Iguanas is another popular chain, so it’s so great to see them offering more vegan options! They have a massive menu, and although most of their items are not vegan, they have started offering more vegan options. They are known for their cocktails, so you should definitely try some of those as well if you end up visiting. This Las Iguanas is in the city centre of Swansea, so it’s really easy to get to!

Turtle Bay

They sell burgers, curries, and sides, all of which are decently priced as well. Turtle Bay also do bottomless brunch, where they also offer vegan options! Mr Nice Pie

Although not strictly a restaurant, Mr Nice Pie can be found at markets around Swansea. Their vegan pies get pretty creative, with fillings varying from rendang curry or mushroom in red wine and onion gravy.

Catch them at Uplands Market on the last Saturday of the month, or Marina Market on the second Sunday of the month.

Govinda’s

A vegetarian and vegan cafe, Govinda’s is based in South Wales. Run by Hare Krishna monks, you can expect authentic vegan dishes from this wonderful non-profit organisation.

Their menu looks pretty delicious, with a variety of burgers, samosas and even delicious chocolate brownies on offer. It’s pretty affordable too, making it a popular hit with vegans.
