Oakley Court 

Oakley Court is one of UoB’s student halls. Oakley consists of 21 flats that accommodate 213 students. The halls have shared bathrooms and kitchens and are self-catered, with modern decor throughout the flats. They are centred around a pretty courtyard, and you will be placed in a flat with between 5 to 13 bedrooms. Oakley Court costs £132 per week and is on offer with a 42 week contract.

Ashcroft 

Also in Pritchatts Park, Ashcroft is close to the Metchley sports pitches. The halls are self-catered and have shared bathrooms in flats of six. The flats all have new kitchens and 2 showers per flat following a recent refurb, too! Weekly costs for Ashcroft are a nice and low £104.

Birmingham City University

University Locks 

Managed by the uni, University Locks is a 2-minute walk from the city famous. It has 24 hour CCTV, security officers and a secure door entry system. Within the block, there are dedicated spaces for socialising and studying, as well as outdoor balconies and an on-site shop. The rooms are en-suite with a shower, sink and toilet, and all rooms have a 3/4 bed, desk, chair, full-length mirror, and notice board. The flats will also have access to a shared kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron, vacuum, kettle, toaster and a TV. Prices begin at £150 per week.
