Concept Place
15 minutes walk from all of the university amenities, Concept Place is home to 391 students. With the options of ensuite rooms or studios, these modern student halls have everything needed to really enjoy your time at university. All of the rooms are equipped with modern furniture and there are on-site facilities such as a common room with ping pong tables, sofas and a flat-screen TV. Prices start at £134 per week.
Vita Student
Vita Student is in St Albans Place and houses plenty of apartments. These come equipped with a private bathroom, designated study area, Smart TV, fully fitted kitchenette and a large double bed. In addition to these furnishings, there are on-site social areas where you can chill out with friends in the movie room, or play games in the common room. Prices start at £241 per week which is great value for one of the best halls in Leeds.
The Foundry
10 minutes away from Leeds Beckett and the University of Leeds, The Foundry has a wide range of ensuite rooms and studio apartments. The rooms are great, but there are also spacious social areas, an on-site gym, study spaces, a cinema room and plenty of free events. Anything else you need is accessible with the great Leeds shopping centre just outside. Prices start at £153 per week for 2022/23 accommodation.
University of Leeds
Lupton Residences
In the middle of Headingley, Lupton Residences has a range of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants on its doorstep. Just around the corner, there is a bus service to and from the city as well as a local supermarket. The rooms themselves have single beds, outside space and limited parking, and shared bathrooms and kitchens between flats. Prices start at £99 per week for self-catered and shared bathroom.
North Hill Court
Halfway between the university and Headingley, North Hill Court is a low-cost accommodation that overlooks Meanwood Valley. The flats available in North Hill have shared bathroom facilities and various room sizes Flats are shared between 4 or 6 students and have laundry facilities and cycle storage. Charles Morris Hall
This accommodation is on campus, meaning that both lectures and the SU facilities are a short walk away, as well as the sports facility Edge. There are three parts of the residency, Storm Jameson Court, Dobree, and Whetton Houses. The rooms are either ensuite or share a bathroom with one other room.
