Unite Students, Devonshire Courtyard

Firstly, Devonshire Courtyard is lively and sociable student accommodation in Sheffield. In fact,  it has a large outdoor courtyard and a pub right at the bottom of the building! A classic en-suite costs £92 per week, it includes a 3/4 bed and a shared kitchen and living area that you will share with 5-8 flatmates. They also have premium options available, including a studio for £145 a week which has its own bathroom and kitchen. There are also a range of contracts available for accommodation at Devonshire Courtyard, so perfect if you want to stay for 44 or 51 weeks.

CRM Students, COSMOS 

Firstly, student accommodation COSMOS is centrally located in Sheffield, making it the perfect choice for students at Sheffield Hallam University and at the University of Sheffield. Room options here vary from spacious 4-10 bed ensuites to private fully-equipt studios. There are also tons of on-site facilities available including a sports centre, Games Room, Karaoke room and rooftop terraces. Prices start from £119 PW.

CRM Students, Electric Press

Next up is Electric Press. This student accommodation is brand new and also offers a range of room types from cluster options to private studios. Its central location meant that it is a convenient choice for all Sheffield uni students. With prices starting at £109 PW you can’t go wrong, especially when the facilities include an on-site gym, games area and cinema room.

CRM Students, Portobello Point

Now introducing CRM Student accommodation, Portobello Point. Here, there are plenty of stylish apartments up for grabs, all of which are fully furnished to a high standard. The building comes equipt with all of the facilities you could need and more. This includes a free on-site gym, laundry facilities and an exclusive landscaped courtyard. Prices start at just £94 PW.

This Is Fresh, Bailey Fields 

Bailey Fields have multiple room options available; from ensuite rooms to private studios. The ensuite rooms have shared living and kitchen spaces, fitted with a TV to make hanging out at home more fun for you and your flatmates. The private studios some with a double bed and a small kitchen. Or, you can book a 1 bedroom apartment or a duplex (a flat across 2 floors). Prices start at £133 per week.

Prestige Student Living, Crown House 

Crown House has a huge range of student apartments and studios, all less than 20 minutes from both universities. Whatever it is that you need, Crown Houze will do its best to make you comfortable and happy in your new home. The rooms available include a variety of sizes and furnishings, all with ensuite showers and ultra-fast WiFi, as well as a fully fitted kitchen, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar. Prices start at £139 per week.

University of Sheffield

Ranmoor/Endcliffe

Choosing to live at Ranmoor/Endcliffe could be the perfect place for you as it’s one of the largest student accommodation sites with more than 4000 students living there. The site is essentially a student village with its own cafe, bar, launderette and store. A range of accommodation also means a range of prices, so there is something there for everyone’s budget. Crown House has a huge range of student apartments and studios, all less than 20 minutes. They are easily some of the best halls in Sheffield.

Sheffield Hallam University

The Pinnacles

All of the rooms at The Pinnacles have a 3/4 bed and en-suite bathroom, and you will only have to share the kitchen and living area with two to four other students. A single en-suite costs £99 a week, and a large en-suite costs £101 per week. There is also a gym for everyone to use, a common room with a pool table, and it’s just a 15-minute walk from Meadow Hall. There is also limited on-site parking available for an extra cost.

Central Quay

If you want to live on a budget but still bring your car to university, then Central Quay should be at the top of your list! They have 150 free car parking spaces on-site, a courtyard area, laundry facilities, and bike storage. A single en-suite with a 3/4 bed costs just £85 per week, and it’s just a 15-minute walk from Sheffield Hallam University.

Beton House

Beton is one of the newest sites in Sheffield, as it only opened in September 2020! It’s 7 minutes from Sheffield Hallam University, and the halls have a cinema room, common room, study areas, a gym, and wifi up to 200MB! You can have a single en-suite for £129 a week, or a larger room for £138 a week.

The Gate

Located right in the city centre is The Gate, where you can choose to live in a flat of 3,4,5 or even 7. A single ensuite costs £128 per week, whereas a larger one is £135 per week. If you are studying on the Sheffield Hallam city campus, it will be perfect for you as it’s just a 3-minute walk away or a 20-minute walk from the collegiate campus. The site is very modern and includes a gym, cycle storage, laundry facilities, study rooms, a gaming nook, and even a sky lounge on the 19th floor!

The Trigon

At Trigon, the flats have clusters of three to six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. All of the rooms share an open plan kitchen and lounge area. It costs £112 a week for an en-suite with a 3/4 bed or £108 for a standard en-suite.
