Elysium Halloween Special – Hummingbird
This Halloween club night is one for the dancers because on the 28th Hummingbird will be showcasing a variety of local Glasgow talent from across House, Techno and Disco. Tickets purchased in advance are only £5 and you can pay £8 on the door if you are looking for a last minute party.
The Halloween Nightmare – Club Tropicana & Venga
Are you ready for ‘the UK’s scariest halloween experience’? That is what is being promised at the Halloween Nightmare on the 30th .Fancy dress is a must on this night out. And, with a live freak stage show and suitably spooky music you are bound to enjoy.
Halloween 2022 – Cathouse Rock Club
Taking place over three nights the Cathouse’s 2022 Halloween event is not to be missed. They have promised an impressive amount of decorations, costume competitions and themed drinks. So, get your costume sorted and secure your tickets here. However, you best be quick, as some nights have already sold out!
The Rocky Horror Halloween Scream – Platform
If you don’t fancy a night on a packed dance floor then the Rocky Horror Halloween Scream at Platform is for you. The venue, which is located just under Central Station, is hosting a screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show and, as usual, singing along is encouraged. It starts at 8:00pm on the 29th as is one not to be missed.
Halloween on The Terrace – University of Strathclyde
If you are a Strathclyde student then why not head to the Union’s halloween event on the night itself. There’s a halloween twist on the usual Monday Night Quiz starting at 8:00pm then a live Rocky Horror Show performance following at 10:00pm. All alongside, DJs, a candy floss stall and horror film. It’s £3 to get in after eight and there’s a £100 prize for the best costume.
Trick or Treat Thursday – Glasgow Caledonian University
For Glasgow Caledonian University students there is Trick or Treat Thursday taking place on the 27th at Saint Judes After Dark. There’s a costume party and drinks start from just £1. You also get a Trick or Treat drink included with your ticket. So grab your friends and head there for a fun Thursday.
Festival of the Dead – O2 Academy Glasgow
This is set to be an extravagant night. Promoted as a ‘mash up of circus, clubbing and carnival’ the Festival of the Dead is Europe’s biggest touring halloween show and it is set to start at 9:00pm on the 28th at the O2 Academy, right in the heart of the city centre.
Down The Rabbit Hole; Psychedelic Wonderland – Òran Mór
Things are not quite as it seems for the Psychedelic Wonderland halloween event at Òran Mór. They are making some big promises, quite literally in the case of the 10-foot Mad Hatter. The music is set to be a mix of House, Techno, Bass and Hip Hop and with some psychedelic visuals and confetti showers it should be a night to remember. Tickets start from only £3.00 and it all gets underway at 10:00pm on the 28th.
