Where is Hideout Festival?

Hideout takes place on Zrce Beach, a famous party destination on the island of Pag in Croatia. The nearest town is Novalja, where most festival-goers stay during the week.

The festival itself runs across five open-air beachfront venues, including some of Croatia’s most famous clubs such as Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso, Noa, and Euphoria. These clubs sit directly on the beach, meaning you can move between stages while overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

Novalja acts as the hub of the festival with restaurants, bars, and apartments filled with festival-goers throughout the week. Shuttle buses run regularly between Novalja and Zrce Beach, making it easy to travel between accommodation and the festival site.

Early July temperatures in Croatia typically range between 25°C and 35°C, so expect scorching days and warm nights by the sea.

What happens at Hideout Festival?

Hideout is known for its packed daily schedule. Music begins each afternoon and continues until sunrise. Each day usually starts with pool parties from around 4pm, followed by evening DJ sets across the beach clubs. Events run late into the night and typically finish around 5am.

The famous Hideout beach party begins around 3pm, kicking off the day with DJs playing directly on the sand. Boat parties are another major highlight. Festival-goers board party boats and dance while sailing along the Adriatic coastline. These events are extremely popular and usually sell out early, so keep an eye out for announcements and tickets!

The surrounding area also offers plenty of daytime activities between parties. Visitors can try jet skiing, banana boat rides, quad biking, or even bungee jumping.

Tickets and Entry:

Hideout Festival is strictly an 18+ event, so a valid photo ID is required alongside your e-ticket on arrival. Festival visitors will receive a wristband after entering the event. This wristband allows access to venues across the festival week. Wristbands are not replaceable, so it is important to keep them safe!

Resale tickets are currently available through Kaboodle. Standard resale tickets cost around £239, while VIP resale tickets cost around £349. VIP passes include priority entry to venues, VIP areas in each club, early access to boat and beach party tickets and priority wristband collection.

Getting to Hideout Festival:

The closest airport to the festival is Zadar Airport, located around 1.5 hours from Novalja. Many festival-goers fly here directly from the UK before continuing to the island by coach or transfer. Other nearby airports include Split, which is roughly 2.5 hours away, while Zagreb and Pula are around four hours from the festival area. Hideout also works with several hotels in the area, including the luxurious Hotel Olea, which offers modern rooms, a pool, and easy transport links to the festival.

The festival also has a UK-based Hideout Holidays team who help visitors organise accommodation packages and travel plans.
