Most rankings collapse everything into a single score dominated by research. We score each dimension of student life separately — so you can see exactly where a university is strong and where it is not.
Student-facing data only
Every metric draws from sources that reflect real student experience: the National Student Survey, HESA graduate outcomes, city-level crime data and sustainability frameworks. No research citations. No institutional self-reporting.
Fully transparent methodology
Every weight, every data source and every normalization range is published and explained. You can check our maths. You can disagree with our weights. That is how it should work.
Editorially independent
Unifresher does not accept payment to influence rankings. Universities cannot buy a better position. The data determines the result — not the marketing budget.
