Within this indicative sample, eating habits were spread across the four frequency options. Cooking everything was the most common individual answer, but eating out or ordering takeaway remained a regular habit for many respondents.

Five respondents said once a week and another five said a couple of times a month. Four respondents said multiple times a week.
