Cooking everything was the top individual response
Seven respondents, or 33%, selected “Rarely, I cook everything”. That put it nine percentage points ahead of either of the two joint second-place answers.
Rarely eating out or getting a takeaway was the most selected individual answer at 33%. However, 43% of respondents said they eat out or order takeaway at least once a week.
Seven of the 21 respondents said they rarely eat out or get a takeaway because they cook everything themselves.
Respondents selected one option from four. Percentages are calculated from 21 responses and rounded to whole numbers.
Within this indicative sample, eating habits were spread across the four frequency options. Cooking everything was the most common individual answer, but eating out or ordering takeaway remained a regular habit for many respondents.

Fourteen of 21 respondents selected multiple times a week, once a week or a couple of times a month. This is an editorial calculation combining three answer options, not a separate question.
