Located on Whiteladies road this student-friendly Bristol haunt offers karaoke every single Thursday from 9pm – with a free shot for everyone brave enough to sing! If you’re having a party and want a private room, worry not, Alterego takes bookings. You can get two hours of non-stop karaoke plus a drinks card that gets you two cocktails each, for only £25 per person. 6. 98 Club & Karaoke
Offering a unique VIP experience with something for everyone, 98 Club’s central location in Bristol makes it an iconic karaoke place for students. It’s a newly refurbished venue that has a heated terrace and private karaoke rooms. With thousands of songs to choose from you’ll be spoilt for choice. Private karaoke in their VIP room is £20 per person for two hours, and a round of free shots are included. If you’d rather take to the stage at open mic karaoke you can do so from 6-10pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Even better, open mic karaoke costs only £5 for entry and includes a free drink! You’ll still need to book, but you and your mates will be assigned your own table, and you’ll get the chance to perform solo or as a group.
