The highly anticipated event is a highlight of the official London Freshers Wristband series. Taking place at EGG London, one of the city’s premier underground nightclubs, the party promises to be a landmark gathering. With a history of being a crowd-puller for over a decade, it’s the perfect introduction to the London nightlife for freshers moving in on the weekend of the 14th and 15th.

Attendees can expect a blend of exciting features including: an attendance of over 2,000 students, four distinct club rooms equipped with cutting-edge lighting and lasers, an outstanding sound system, an outdoor terrace, and a newly designed garden. To top it all off, the party doesn’t stop until 5 AM.

Music is at the heart of the party. The four rooms offer a diverse range of genres. Room 1 will groove to the beats of Hip Hop, Grime, Trap, RnB, and Drill. Partygoers in room 2 resonates with House and Deep House vibes. Room 3 caters to the Chart, Commercial, and Pop enthusiasts. Lastly, Room 4 is dedicated to the thumping rhythms of Bass & DnB.

The London Freshers Circus

Why not start off your freshers week at University discovering talented circus acts at The 2024 Freshers Circus? Make your way over to North London with your high expectations that you can definitely expect to be fulfilled. From acrobats, magicians, stilt walkers to fire performers students attending can expect to enjoy the full circus experience for the night from 11 PM to 4 AM.

The event is split into two areas. The main arena will blast House, Trap and Commercial mashups all night. The Loft however, will be playing Hip Hop, RnB, Grime and Trap. Circus treats will also be available for attendees such as free candy floss and popcorn. Being that this is an attraction heavy event try to arrive fifteen minutes prior to avoid long lines but in case your running late doors shut at 1 AM. Click here to buy your tickets.

The London Freshers Festival

The London Freshers Festival is indeed back for its fourteenth year, to nobody’s surprise after selling out consistently in advance year after year. For this fun filled night, students can head on over to East London to enjoy the star studded line up. Headlining will be BBC Radio 1Xtra’s own Kenny All Star and Love Island alumni now turned DJ Jack Fowler.

This is an event students will definitely not want to miss as in previous years critically acclaimed performers have performed live. The likes of Drake, A Boogie Wit Tha Hoodie, Skepta, AJ Tracey, Stefflon Don, D Block Europe and MoStack have made mounted the stage and that’s just to name a few.

Students can expect to enjoy affordable drinks with deals on offer all night, three arenas of music to vibe to whatever genre they prefer best, over fifteen DJ sets and extreme laser lighting. Tickets start at £8 and go up to £25 but I would strongly recommend securing your ticket as soon as possible as this event has a history of selling out early.

Freshers Traffic Light Party

When: 25th September 2024

Where: EGG London

Looking to party and get free McDonald’s for doing it? Well then look no further than secure your ticket online for the Traffic Party today! Students can head back on over to Kings Cross for the second week of  Freshers for this event.
Single, taken or it’s completed it doesn’t matter this event is open for everyone.

Partygoers can expect multiple rooms to dance the night away to their favourite genre including Hip Hop, RnB, Trap, House and Drum and Bass. Affordable drink deals will also be available as well as, free sweets, glowsticks and not to mention free McDonald’s for the night. So grab your ticket today to guarantee your entry for the night!

The Battle of the Unis

If you’re really after the best fresher events in London 2024, then attending the Battle of the Unis is a must. There’s no secret that there’s a rivalry amongst fellow university students but for the night why not put that to the test at this fun party and a series of games? This event has a colour code according to your university so make sure to check and get it right to avoid being confused for your arch nemesis.

Willing to pledge your Allegiance to your uni? Well then why not sign up for one of the many match-ups of the night such as sumo wrestling, gladiator duel pit, war paint stations and of course the annual dance off. Tickets are only valid until 1 AM so make sure to arrive on time. It is strongly advised to arrive by 9:45 PM to avoid long queues.

The 90’s and 2000’s Freshers Party

When: 3rd October 2024

Where: Lightbox London

For this last event we’re throwing it back over the 2000’s. For one night students can go back to the days of growing up where TLC kept reminding us not to want No Scrubs, NSYNC had everyone singing Bye, Bye, Bye, Brandy and Monica were going back n forth with their smash hit The Boy is Mine and Usher had everyone in their feelings singing My Boo.

This night of nostalgia will include 90s themed inflatables, retro glasses, popular candy favourites from our younger years growing up, candy floss, confetti showers, vintage giveaways and not to forget student priced drinks. Room 1 will play old school 90’s and 2000’s club hits. Room 2 popular RnB hits and room 3 Disco.
