FAQs on the best freshers' events in Brighton

Bring your student ID card on every night out! Your student card can help you to access ticket deals and drink deals. Nights out can sometimes be a bit expensive, but if you make the most of all the deals on offer to you, you can still stick to your budgets!

Some clubs might have dress codes. These dress codes can include rules such as no trainers and no hoodies. Your best bet is to check on the club's website, to see if there is a dress code. You can also ask the friends you're going with what they're going to wear and plan your outfit around them.

Yes! Physical ID (driving licence or passport) is required for club entry. Make sure to not lose it whilst you're out!

You're in luck as Brighton is full of LGBTQ+ clubs and spaces. Revenge is one that comes up repeatedly on this list. If you are part of the community, you can access discounted tickets. If you're an ally, a percentage of the cost of your ticket will be donated to LGBTQ+ organisations.

There are a few places where you can buy tickets. The most common sites are Fixr, Fatsoma, and the club's website. You can buy tickets via reselling pages on Facebook, however, you have to be extra careful of scammers. Make sure that you're only buying from legitimate people and sites.
