The Celebrity Traitors is back, and while you’re rationing your student loan until January, the 21 stars in Ardross Castle are sitting on fortunes ranging from a respectable £500K to an eye-watering £50 million.

Series two kicked off on BBC One on Thursday 1st October, and it’s already given us Richard E. Grant announcing he was a Traitor within minutes of being picked, and a turret full of drama since. As ever, the prize pot goes to charity rather than the celebs themselves (Alan Carr bagged £87,500 for Neuroblastoma UK last year), which is probably for the best, because most of this lot really don’t need it.

So who’s the richest person in the castle, and who’s merely very comfortable? Here’s the full Celebrity Traitors 2026 rich list, from top to bottom.

Quick disclaimer before we start: celebrity net worths are educated guesses, not bank statements. The figures below mostly come from the MailOnline’s rich list, as reported by LADbible and The Tab, and where other trackers wildly disagree, we’ve flagged it.

The top five: genuinely loaded

1. James Blunt – £50 million

Yes, really. The man your mum played on repeat in 2005 is the richest person in the castle. His debut album Back to Bedlam has shifted more than 20 million copies worldwide, and he’s since diversified into his own company, a couple of pubs and a property portfolio.

The catch? Celebrity Net Worth reckons he’s worth closer to £14.5 million. Even at the lower estimate, that’s a lot of chicken nuggets.

2. Jerry Hall – £20 million

Supermodel, actress, former muse to Andy Warhol, and ex-wife of both Mick Jagger and Rupert Murdoch. The MailOnline puts Jerry Hall’s fortune at £20 million, with a big chunk reportedly tied to her marriage to (and divorce from) Murdoch.

But here’s the plot twist: Celebrity Net Worth values her at around £53 million, which would comfortably make her the richest Traitors contestant of all time. Depending on who you believe, she’s either second place or the undisputed queen of the castle.

3. Michael Sheen – £10 million

The Welsh national treasure has racked up a BAFTA, a Golden Globe and an Emmy across a career spanning The Queen, Frost/Nixon, Twilight, Underworld and Good Omens. That’s earned him an estimated £10 million, though Celebrity Net Worth puts it nearer £6 million. Considering how much of his money he’s famously given away, the lower figure might be closer to the truth.

4. Leigh-Anne Pinnock – £10 million

Little Mix were the biggest girl group of the 2010s, so it’s no surprise Leigh-Anne is up here. Beyond the music, she runs her own media company and a clothing brand, putting her net worth at around £10 million. Celebrity Net Worth goes even higher, at roughly £18 million.

5. Richard E. Grant – £8 million

The castle’s most chaotic Traitor (RIP to his poker face) first found fame in Withnail and I back in 1987. Since then he’s been in everything from The Iron Lady to Saltburn and Doctor Who, and picked up an Oscar nomination for Can You Ever Forgive Me? All that adds up to an estimated £8 million, with some estimates closer to £6 million.

The comfortably minted middle

6. Rob Beckett – £6.5 million

If you’ve ever wondered where the ceiling is for a British comedian’s bank balance, Rob Beckett might be it. Between panel shows, presenting gigs, tours and podcasts, he’s reportedly the richest comic in the line-up.

7. Ross Kemp – £6 million

From Grant Mitchell in EastEnders to embedding himself with gangs and in war zones for his documentaries, Ross Kemp has had one of telly’s more unusual careers. It’s earned him around £6 million.

8. Joe Lycett – £5 million

The man who once legally changed his name to Hugo Boss is reportedly worth £5 million, thanks to years of stand-up, Joe Lycett’s Got Your Back and general viral chaos.

9. Romesh Ranganathan – £5 million

Panel shows, sitcoms, travel documentaries, a Radio 2 show and seemingly every comedy podcast going. Romesh’s workload has paid off to the tune of an estimated £5 million.

10. James Acaster – £4.5 million

Netflix specials and co-hosting the hugely popular Off Menu podcast with Ed Gamble have earned James Acaster around £4.5 million. Not bad for someone who once told the world he hated himself in 1999.

11. Miranda Hart – £3-4 million

Such fun! The sitcom queen behind Miranda, plus roles in Call the Midwife and Spy, plus bestselling books, puts her net worth somewhere between £3 million and £4 million.

The “only” millionaires

12. Amol Rajan – £2 million

The broadcaster and University Challenge host is worth an estimated £2 million. Sadly his bank balance couldn’t save him from being the series’ very first murder.

13. Bella Ramsey – £2 million

Game of Thrones at 11, then The Last of Us alongside Pedro Pascal. Bella Ramsey has achieved more before their mid-twenties than most of us will in a lifetime, and has around £2 million to show for it.

14. Maya Jama – £2 million

This one surprises people. Despite years fronting Love Island and a stack of brand deals, Maya Jama’s reported net worth is £2 million. Still nothing to sniff at, and she’s making up for it with her ruthless Traitor gameplay.

15. Sebastian Croft – £2 million

At just 24, the Heartstopper and Game of Thrones actor is already reportedly worth £2 million. Excuse us while we reassess our life choices.

16. Dr Hannah Fry – £1 million

The mathematician and broadcaster has turned TED Talks, documentaries and bestselling books into a fortune of around £1 million. We’d trust her to manage it better than anyone else in the castle.

17. Joanne McNally – £1 million

Ireland’s queen of comedy, sell-out tours and the My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast with Vogue Williams have earned Joanne McNally an estimated £1 million.

18. King Kenny – £1 million

The Beta Squad YouTuber (and bandmate-in-pranks of last year’s contestant Niko Omilana) has built a reported £1 million fortune from content creation.

19. Sharon Rooney – £500,000

The My Mad Fat Diary star, who’s also popped up in Barbie, Dumbo and The Revenge Club, sits at the bottom of the list with an estimated £500K. Bottom of the list in this castle, but still richer than every student reading this.

The mystery fortunes

Two of the 21 have managed to keep their finances as secret as a Traitor’s identity: no major rich list has put a figure on them.

Julie Hesmondhalgh spent 16 years as Hayley Cropper in Coronation Street, British soap’s first transgender character, and is an Olivier Award-winning stage actor. With that CV she’s almost certainly comfortable, but there’s no reliable estimate out there.

Myha’la is best known as Harper Stern in HBO’s Industry, so she’s spent years playing someone obsessed with money. Her own net worth hasn’t been reported, though, and it didn’t help her much at the round table, where she became one of the series’ first banishments.
