The Unifresher 2027 Awards cover 124 UK universities across eight categories: freshers experience, employability, student happiness, nightlife, sustainability, inclusion, innovation and societies. Every score draws from verified student data. Every weight is published and explained. Nothing is hidden.

Subject rankings: a note
Our subject-specific rankings covering everything from Medicine to Graphic Design to Aerospace Engineering are currently being updated for 2027 and are not yet live. The subject pages on the site are still running 2026 data. We are working through them now and will publish each one as it is ready. We will update this article as they go live.
