Fresh publishes live weekly prices for each property and room. The amount varies by destination, building, room type, contract length and current offer. Utility bills, Wi-Fi and contents insurance are included.

A guarantor allows you to pay in instalments. If you pay the full year's rent upfront, you do not need one. At most properties the guarantor does not need to live in the UK, but must be over 18 and must not live in a Fresh-managed property. Exact criteria are property-specific.

Yes. Participating Fresh properties offer flexible summer stays. The minimum is usually at least two weeks, although some properties require longer, and payment is normally made upfront.

Once countersigned, the booking is legally binding. Yes. Occasional overnight guests are allowed, but Fresh asks residents not to have someone stay for more than three consecutive nights and to check with flatmates first.
