Victoria point is ranked highly for its level of security and the friendliness of their staff.  Located in Victoria Park it offers a calmer atmosphere and greener backdrop than the hustle of the city centre. It is located within 0.6 miles of The University of Manchester Campus and 1.3 miles from Manchester Metropolitan. Njoy Student Living, Langdale Hall

Langdale Hall is located in the heart of Victoria Park, offering a cozy stay surrounded by greenery and a peaceful environment. This is one of the best student halls for those looking to stay in accommodation from second year onwards as they offer a welcoming environment with many tenants rebooking their rooms. They are spacious and offer a variety of shared bathroom, ensuite and studio options depending on your needs. It is a bit quieter than most student halls, however access to social spaces like a cinema, pool tables and a large garden lets students make their own experience here, however lively or relaxed. Mayfair Court

Closer to the Fallowfield end of campus, Mayfair Court is perfect accommodation for students at both Manchester Metropolitan University and The University of Manchester. With transport links via bus at 15 minutes to University of Manchester campus and around 21 minutes to Manchester Metropolitan campus, this is one of the best student halls for those preferring to be a bit out of the way in a livelier part of the student city. Five bed apartments start at £145 PW with shared bathrooms, large communal spaces per flat and flexible contract lengths. 

CRM Students, Cambridge House 

Just over the road from Manchester Met and a 10-minute walk from the University of Manchester, Cambridge House is an ideal location, based just minutes away from lectures and a short distance from all the great shops in the city centre. The student accommodation building is made up of spacious rooms in four or five-bed shared flats with a shared kitchen, bathrooms and lounge. University of Manchester

Denmark Road

This City campus student accommodation is always in high demand by Manchester Uni students. It is located right near the University of Manchester campus at just a 12 minute walk, whilst giving local access to shops and restaurants and the bustling community atmosphere of the Curry Mile. Richmond Park

Also in high demand as one of the best student halls in Manchester, Richmond Park is on the Fallowfield campus, giving it a diverse community and urban feel. Hulme Hall

Hulme Hall is one of the best halls of residence for University of Manchester students. Located on the Victoria Park campus, it is near both bus routes and the University of Manchester, as well as being relatively close to the city centre. Birley
