Sixteen years after it first taught the nation what a vajazzle was, The Only Way Is Essex is still going strong. Series 38 kicked off on ITV2 and ITVX on 2 August 2026, and the drama has been relentless: Junaid Ahmed proposing to Joe Blackman in Albania, Jordan Brook and Sophie Kasaei welcoming baby Brody, and Amy Childs marrying castmate Billy Delbosq.

With weddings, babies and engagements all on screen this year, the cast has rarely been busier. But does all that screen time translate into serious money? The original TOWIE era produced genuine multimillionaires, but they’ve mostly moved on (our all-time TOWIE rich list covers them). So how rich is the current lot?

Quick disclaimer: these are Unifresher’s own estimates, based on reported earnings, TV and brand deals, business records at Companies House and what’s publicly known about property. They’re educated guesses, not bank statements. We’ve ranked the best-known members of the current cast at the time of writing; TOWIE line-ups change constantly.

The top tier: Essex’s (relatively) big earners

1. Amy Childs – £1.5 million

The last of the 2010 originals is also the cast’s best businesswoman. Amy has run a salon and a boutique in Brentwood, launched clothing and swimwear ranges, had her own Channel 5 series (It’s All About Amy) and finished fourth on Celebrity Big Brother. Her trading and property companies file modest accounts at Companies House, but add property and 15 years of fees and we estimate around £1.5 million.

2. Sophie Kasaei – £1 million

Sophie arrived in Essex with a decade of Geordie Shore behind her, plus a stint co-hosting MTV’s That’s What She Said, Celebrity Ex on the Beach and her own fertility documentary. That’s a long reality CV and a big social following. We estimate around £1 million, broadly in line with our Geordie Shore rich list.

3. Dan Edgar – £700,000

The former electrician has been a TOWIE regular since 2015, which makes him one of the longest-serving earners on the show. He’s also done The Real Housewives of Cheshire and made the semi-final of Dancing on Ice in 2025, one of ITV’s better-paid reality gigs. We estimate he’s worth around £700,000.

The comfortably minted middle

4. Lauren Goodger – £600,000

Lauren’s career has had more plot twists than a TOWIE finale. She’s written two books, done Dancing on Ice and Celebrity Big Brother, and has run a subscription account since 2020, which she’s said was for financial reasons. The Financial Conduct Authority reported she was fined after promoting an unauthorised trading scheme on Instagram. We estimate around £600,000 (see our Lauren Goodger profile for more).

5. Diags – £500,000

James “Diags” Bennewith has been on TOWIE since 2012, and was named in the top pay band when the cast’s fees were reported in 2019. Off camera he’s worked in his family’s plumbing business, and he’s racked up guest spots on Celebrity Coach Trip and Celebrity Ghost Hunt. We estimate around £500,000, built slowly but steadily.

6. Ella Rae Wise – £500,000

Ella has turned TOWIE fame into a proper side hustle, launching her fashion label BEMEÈ by ERW in 2024. Her personal company reported net assets of around £50,000 in its latest accounts, and she’s added Celebrity Big Brother, The Challenge UK and Celebrity Ex on the Beach to her CV. We estimate around £500,000, matching our Ella Rae Wise profile.

7. Amber Turner – £400,000

A regular since 2017, Amber has picked up fashion collaborations including a Shein range in 2021 and a shoe line, plus a stint on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2023. Those brand deals plus nearly a decade of fees put her at around £400,000 on our estimate.

8. Harry Derbidge – £400,000

Amy’s cousin and TOWIE’s original scene-stealer, Harry is a trained make-up artist who once worked on a MAC counter at Harrods. He’s appeared on It’s All About Amy and Celebs Go Dating, and set up a cosmetics company, Mr Makeup Boy, in 2025. We estimate he’s worth around £400,000.

Still building their fortunes

9. Elma Pazar – £350,000

Elma is one of the few people to have done both Love Island (2019) and Love Island: All Stars (2025), which is a handy way to keep your follower count, and your brand deal rates, ticking over. The former eyelash technician joined TOWIE in 2022. We estimate around £350,000.

10. Saffron Lempriere – £300,000

Saffron has been part of the furniture (pun intended) since 2018, and in 2021 launched an upcycled furniture business. She’s kept a lower profile outside the show than some castmates, so most of her money comes from TOWIE fees and Instagram. We estimate around £300,000.

11. Jordan Brook – £250,000

Jordan first joined in 2017, left, then returned in 2022 and has been a fixture since, including a memorable audition on The Voice UK. He hasn’t launched a big brand of his own, so his fortune is mostly TOWIE and social media. We estimate around £250,000, and becoming a dad on screen has only raised his profile.

12. Junaid Ahmed – £250,000

Junaid joined in 2022 and has become one of the show’s most talked-about stars, with his engagement to Joe Blackman one of series 38’s big moments. He’s also appeared in Prime Video’s Lovestruck High. Add brand deals and we estimate he’s worth around £250,000.

13. Dani Imbert – £200,000

Dani has been on TOWIE since 2021 and recently added Celebrity Ex on the Beach to her CV. She hasn’t launched a business we could find, so her income is largely show fees and social media partnerships. We estimate around £200,000, which is still a lot of bottomless brunches.

14. Joe Blackman – £150,000

A hair stylist by trade, Joe joined TOWIE in 2023 and has quickly become a fan favourite, especially now he’s engaged to Junaid. He’s newer to the fame game than most of the cast, so he’s earned less from it. We estimate around £150,000, with plenty of room to grow.

The mystery fortunes

A few current faces are too new (or too private) for us to put a sensible figure on.

Jodie Wells started out as a TOWIE extra before joining properly in 2023. We couldn’t find any business or brand deals that would justify a figure yet.

Joe and Jonnie Gurie are the 19-year-old twins who joined in 2026. Give them a series or two and the brand deals will surely follow.

TOWIE rich list at a glance

Rank Name Estimated net worth
1 Amy Childs £1.5 million
2 Sophie Kasaei £1 million
3 Dan Edgar £700,000
4 Lauren Goodger £600,000
5 Diags £500,000
6 Ella Rae Wise £500,000
7 Amber Turner £400,000
8 Harry Derbidge £400,000
9 Elma Pazar £350,000
10 Saffron Lempriere £300,000
11 Jordan Brook £250,000
12 Junaid Ahmed £250,000
13 Dani Imbert £200,000
14 Joe Blackman £150,000
– Jodie Wells Not estimated
– Joe and Jonnie Gurie Not estimated

Add it all up and the current TOWIE cast is worth roughly £7 million on our estimates. That’s a fraction of what the show’s original breakout stars went on to make, but it’s still a lot more than the rest of us have in the bank.
