Dearest reader, the leaves are falling; a mosaic of oranges and reds scattering across the ground, the air is crisp, and Bridgerton season four is premiering on January 29th, 2026!
What an exciting time! And, there’s no better time to book a day trip to Bath, one of the show’s iconic filming locations, and one that is especially beautiful at this time of year. If you’ve ever dreamed of walking in the footsteps of your favourite characters down the cobbled streets, Bath is the perfect place to do it. Despite the show being set in London, Bath has become the heart of Bridgerton’s world, with its Georgian architecture and elegant terraces. From the Featheringtons’ residence to the streets of London, here is your guide to your Bridgerton filming location tour!
Abbey Green

Abbey Green, found behind the Roman Baths, is a historic cobbled square featured multiple times in Bridgerton. It is here you will find the iconic Modiste, which is now The Abbey Deli, the perfect place to stop by for a snack on your Bridgerton tour. The building has traditional double-fronted bay windows and is Grade II listed, making it the perfect place for a classy modiste that styles the best of the best for the Ton! Another area of Abbey Green was seamlessly transformed into London’s Covent Garden during filming.
No.1 Royal Crescent

No. 1 Royal Crescent is an extremely recognisable filming location as it is obviously the grand exterior of the Featheringtons’ home. The production team didn’t hold back when it came to making sure everyone knew this family was extravagant, adding stone lions, pediments, and rosettes. The show uses CGI to make it look like the Featheringtons and Bridgertons live across from each other in London, but the real filming took place here in Bath!
The Royal Crescent

This is one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks and makes for a seriously impressive backdrop. The Royal Crescent curves elegantly and overlooks Royal Victoria Park. It’s beautiful and perfect in the background of multiple scenes in Bridgerton.
The Guildhall
Right in the heart of Bath, you’ll find the Guildhall, another stunning location used for Bridgerton’s ball scenes. The Banqueting Room is absolutely astonishing, with high ceilings and historic paintings, creating that Regency atmosphere. Its sweeping staircases and grand design throughout capture exactly the kind of grandeur you’d expect from a high-society event.
The Holburne Museum

The Holburne Museum was initially the Sydney Hotel back in the 18th century. This building would’ve been very significant in Regency Bath, making it the perfect stand-in for Regency London in Bridgerton! In the show, the stunning exterior of the museum becomes Lady Danbury’s house. The production team filmed around the museum’s modern extension to keep the Regency charm intact. The decorations on the facade are similar to those added to the Featherington house.
Assembly Rooms

Lady Danbury’s ball in season one, where Simon and Daphne first meet, was actually filmed in the tearoom at the Bath Assembly Rooms. With gorgeous Corinthian columns and crystal chandeliers, it was the perfect backdrop for the extravagant ball scene, full of glamorous outfits and all the drama of the Ton. Conveniently, this location is only a 15-minute walk away from the Holburne Museum; however, at the moment, the Assembly Rooms are only open for guided tours as the National Trust is working on creating a new Georgian experience, set to open in early 2027.
So, what are you waiting for? Season four is upon us, and the Ton doesn’t take kindly to latecomers! Pack your camera, book your tickets, and get ready to fully immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery of Bath, where it all took place. Happy travels, dearest reader.
